  My husband and I walked the entire store without being greeted or asked if we needed help. Before we left we had some questions so we asked the guy at the counter. I have been a commercial architect for 7 years and therefore did all of the talking. The man only looked at my husband and talked at him the entire time.
  
  We will be spending our money elsewhere.
