  I have been having great experience at this place. Liz is really great! She is very systematic on taking care of customer. I actually gave her hard task to find a furniture of my desire. Her starting point, constant note taking, crunching numbers, providing different options, making phone calls to vendors, and finally her closing point: whole process was very systematic.
  
  I would also like to mention Kat who helped me choose couch a year ago. She is also really good at taking care of customer. In fact, I went there second time because of her excellent service.
